These Terms and Conditions («Terms») govern the relationship between America Digital Systems LLC (hereinafter «the Company»), a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, and its customers, resellers, and users (hereinafter «the Client»).
America Digital Systems LLC is a wholesale distributor of digital assets, in-game currencies, and software licenses. Our services include API connectivity for automated top-ups and a reseller dashboard for digital goods management.
Due to the nature of digital products (in-game diamonds, pins, and activation codes), all sales are final once delivery is processed.
In compliance with international financial regulations, the Company reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) for high-volume transactions. Any account suspected of fraudulent activity will be permanently banned and reported to the corresponding authorities.
America Digital Systems LLC acts as a distributor. We are not responsible for technical changes, server bans, or policy updates made by game developers. Our responsibility is limited to the successful delivery of the purchased digital asset.
Clients using our API or Reseller Dashboard must maintain the security of their credentials. Any transaction processed through a client’s API key is the sole responsibility of that Client.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any legal action will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
